Sex and Intimacy

Sex & Intimacy Therapy

The parts of you that don't get talked about enough.

Desire, performance, trauma, trust, pleasure, and the ways we've been taught to hide all of it. This is a space to bring the whole of your sexuality into the room — without shame, and without a script.

Why this matters

Your sexuality is part of your healing, not separate from it

Most of us learned to keep sex in its own locked room — separate from therapy, separate from "real" healing work, separate from conversation entirely. But desire, trauma, trust, and pleasure all live in the same nervous system as everything else you're working through.

We treat sexual and intimacy concerns the way we treat the rest of you: as something the body is trying to tell you, not a malfunction to fix quietly. Safety comes first. The rest follows at your pace.

Nothing about your body, your history, or your desires disqualifies you from a full, connected life.

What we help with

Wherever this is showing up for you

Individually or as a couple, in whatever combination applies to your life right now.

Desire, reconsidered

When wanting sex, or wanting it differently than your partner does, has turned into a source of pressure instead of connection.

Desire Discrepancy

Different levels of wanting sex isn't a verdict on your relationship — it's biology, stress load, and two nervous systems meeting each other on different days. We help couples find language and rhythm instead of resentment and rejection.

Performance Concerns

Pressure to perform — erectile difficulty, timing, "doing it right" — turns sex into a test with a grade attached. We work on removing the test and putting presence back in the room.

Trust, rebuilt

When something has happened — to you, or between you and a partner — that made closeness feel unsafe.

Sexual Trauma

Healing isn't about forgetting — it's about your body learning, again, that closeness can be safe. We move at the pace your nervous system can actually tolerate, never faster, never on a deadline.

Infidelity & Betrayal

An affair breaks more than a promise — it breaks a nervous system's sense of safety with a specific person. We help couples decide what comes next, then rebuild it with honesty instead of performance.

Your body, fully yours

When what you want, or how your body responds, doesn't match what you were told was "normal."

BDSM & Kink-Affirming Care

Kink, power exchange, and non-normative desire are not pathology. You get a judgment-free, kink-literate therapist who already speaks the language, so you're not stuck explaining or defending yourself first.

Female Orgasmic Disorder (FOD)

Difficulty reaching orgasm, or needing more time or stimulation than expected, has real physiological and psychological threads underneath it. We treat it clinically and specifically — without pressure, shame, or a stopwatch.

How we work

Our approach to this work

Shame-free, by design

Nothing you bring into this room needs a disclaimer first.

Nervous-system-informed

Your body already knows what's safe and what isn't — we build from there, not around it.

LGBTQIA+ and kink-affirming

Your relationship structure and your desires don't need to be translated into something more familiar to us.

Paced by you

Integration over information — we go as deep as is useful, as fast as is safe.

Every relationship gets to define what healthy looks like for them.

Monogamous or ENM, straight or queer, vanilla or kink-involved — we start from what's true for you, not a template of what intimacy is supposed to look like.
