ENM & Polyamorous Relationships
A space to be fully known in every relationship you're in.
Individual, couples, and polycule counseling for people navigating ethical non-monogamy — for the honesty it asks of you, and the connection it makes possible.

"We love with our entire being, and it's the entire being that needs love back to heal."
You don't have to explain yourself here
Our counselors work with clients at every stage of non-monogamy — no translating, no judgment, no starting from scratch.
You're in a polyamorous, open, or ENM relationship and want steadier communication and nervous-system regulation around jealousy, time, and disclosure.
You're newly exploring non-monogamy — solo, partnered, or opening up a relationship — and want grounded support as you figure out what fits.
You and a partner (or partners) want couples or polycule counseling to work through a specific dynamic together.
You want a therapist who already speaks the language — metamours, polycules, RA/hierarchical structures — without having to translate first.
Ways to work with us
Choose the format that fits where you are — sessions can shift as your needs do.
One-on-one counseling
Process your own experience of non-monogamy — identity, attachment patterns, jealousy, or decisions about opening or restructuring a relationship.
Couples counseling
Work through a specific dynamic with a partner — communication, agreements, disclosure, or rebuilding trust after a rupture.
Multi-partner sessions
Bring more than one partner into the room. Sessions structured to give every voice space, without anyone's needs getting flattened.

"Non-monogamy doesn't remove the need for safety in connection — it multiplies the places you have to build it. You shouldn't have to build that alone."
Common questions
Do I need to bring a partner to sessions?
No. You can come individually, with one partner, or with your whole polycule — whatever fits the work you want to do.
Is this only for people already practicing polyamory?
Not at all. Many clients are still deciding whether non-monogamy is right for them. All stages of exploration are welcome.

You're allowed to build relationships that actually fit you.
