INDIVIDUAL THERAPY & COUPLES COUNSELING IN ANNAPOLIS
Holistic therapy to bring your mind and body back to safety and empowerment.
Finding a therapist that feels like the right fit should be the bare minimum.

Regardless of if you’ve been diagnosed for years or are just starting your journey (and wondering how to navigate it when you feel like there’s no resources for your age group), you’re seen here.
Our founder, Miran, is neurodiverse herself, so when we say we get you, we truly mean it. We offer neurodiverse-affirming counseling for both individuals and couples therapy.
-
We foster the most welcoming counseling and therapy environment we can. Some of our counselors offer specific focuses in LGBTQIA+ relationships, polyamory, and ethical non-monogamy (ENM).

Discernment counseling is different than couples therapy. Whether you’re considering divorce or separation, exploring open relationships, or restructuring your partnership (ex: from married to co-parenting), we work through it together.
Discernment takes a pause on trying to “fix” the relationship. Instead, it helps you understand how you got here individually, and have the clarity to start healing (so you can make the best decisions for your future).

Our Providers
Miran Dalley, LCPC
After my own life experience, I trained deeply in couples, neurodivergent relationships, and more — because everyone deserves a therapist who truly sees them, without judgment.
I've found the same truth: your body already knows how you really feel. My work is helping you translate it, trust it, and build the connection you actually want.

Virginia Stouffer, LGPC
Therapist, coach, advocate, and counselor are all some of Virginia’s titles, and as a mom of three (including twins), she is especially passionate about working with mothers.
Virginia works with individuals, families, and mothers (when you feel invisible, we see you) to help you find balance, validation, and strategies to calm the overwhelm in your life.
